If you block all cookies, this website, and other websites, may no longer be displayed correctly. If you want a complete and current overview of all third-party access to your internet browser, we recommend that you instal a browser plugin created for this purpose. You can also configure your computer to be informed automatically when a cookie is sent. Alternatively, you can disable all cookies. To do this, you must change the browser settings on each browser and device you use. Each browser has small differences. We therefore invite you to consult the help menu on your browser to find out how to modify your cookies. 5. Integration of third-party services and content
As part of our online offering, our site partly incorporates third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always assumes that the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as “Third Party Providers") receive your IP address. Without this IP address, Third Party Providers cannot send content to your browser. We only include this content on our website to provide you with useful information or to facilitate a process for you without further processing. For this reason, the legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest consists in being able to offer you this content as a service. In addition, some services are only activated in the manner explained above if you actively select them. In such cases, the data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1(a) of the GDPR. If you do not wish to benefit from such content, you may make the corresponding settings in your browser settings. We make every effort only to use content whose respective providers limit the use of your IP address to the provision of content. However, we cannot exercise any influence if a third-party provider registers your IP address for statistical purposes for example. As and when we receive information, we forward this information to the users.
6. Analysis of user behaviour and other services
6.1. Google Analytics and Tag Manager
The following data may be recorded or analysed anonymously for statistical purposes only:
- the pages visited and the order in which they were consulted;
- the operating system and browser used;
- the date and time when the page was consulted;

6.3. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing
We use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Remarketing for advertising purposes.
As part of Google Conversion Tracking, Google Adwords saves a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website through a Google ad. These cookies are disabled after 30 days and do not identify the user. If you visit certain pages of our websites and the cookie has not yet been disabled, both Google and we may know that you have clicked on the ad and have been transferred to this page. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie, which is also true for us. It is therefore impossible to track cookies through the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected by conversion tracking cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for Adwords customers. Adwords customers discover the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were then transferred to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information which allows users to identify themselves personally. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can refuse to accept the corresponding cookie, for example by disabling the "Target Cookies” category of cookies in our Cookie Preference Center. The legal basis for our use of Adwords is your consent in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1(a) of the GDPR. As regards Google Remarketing, the cookies, on an anonymous basis, enable your web search behaviour to be known, for marketing purposes. The information acquired is used to match advertising offers to your interests. Under no circumstances do these technologies collect or store personal data to determine your identity. In addition, the DoubleClick by Google cookie (Pixel TAG) is used to enable the re-marketing of products such as AdWords in the Google Display network. Cookies store information such as the date of your visit and information to determine whether this is your first visit, as well as data relating to the website which referred you to this site. You can also set these cookies individually in the Cookie Preference Center.

Facebook is informed that you have visited our page and/or have made a purchase from your IP address. Facebook can then link your visit to our pages, and any purchase you make, to your Facebook user account. We may use the information obtained in this way for the display of Facebook Ads as well as for marketing analysis and/or other targeting measures. We draw your attention to the fact that we do not obtain any information on the content of the data transmitted, or on their use by Facebook. By using this website, you agree to the processing of data collected about you in the manner described above and for the stated purpose of such processing.
For objections to the collection and storage of data, please refer to the section "Protection of personal data".
9. Data Security
We remind you that the internet is a global network accessible to all. Sending personal data over the internet is therefore entirely at your own risk.
The personal data you have provided to us is protected by the current security standard using Secure Socket Layer encryption mechanisms. Despite all the technical and organisational security measures taken, it is always possible that data may be lost or intercepted and/or manipulated by unauthorised persons. Bâloise takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent any such incidents within the group's system. As your computer is outside the security perimeter controlled by Bâloise, it is therefore your responsibility, as a user, to be aware of the required necessary security precautions and to take the required measures. Bâloise accepts no liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of the loss or manipulation of data.
10. Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol for secure data transmission over the internet. Most browsers support this process. SSL uses the Public Key process, where data encrypted using a publicly accessible key can only be re-decrypted with a specific private key. Most browsers use a key or padlock to indicate whether or not the connection is secure.
Personal data may be collected on this website for the creation of a profile account, or for login data, or when filling in the contact form on the website.
When certain information is required in order to access specific features of the Site, this requirement is indicated when the data is entered. If you refuse to provide obligatory information, you may not be able to access certain of the Site’s services, features or sections.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees and agents of Bâloise Vie Luxembourg S.A., authorised by reason of their duties, and bound by an obligation of confidentiality. However, the data collected may be communicated to subcontractors contractually responsible for carrying out the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the website and its services, as well as for the proper management of the relationship with you, without you having to give your consent. You are reminded that, in the course of performing their services, subcontractors have only limited access to your data and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. Except as set out above, [Name of FFB member] undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless required to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.).
In this respect and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repealed Directive 95/46/EC (the general data protection regulation) known as the GDPR (transposed into Luxembourg law by inclusion in the Law of 1 December 2002), you have the right:
